My approach to photographing a wedding is a blend of photojournalism, natural portraiture and creative imagery. I remain an unobtrusive observer during your wedding day recording the emotion, anticipation, excitement and the small quiet moments.

At a wedding I am always searching for the interaction between family and friends – the warmth, laughter and joy. I record the details, such as, the back of the dress and its beading, the shoes, the array of color in the bridal bouquet, and the uniqueness of the wedding cake.

My assistant and I work as a team photographing the day’s events using a variety of film, such as, color, black & white, and medium format. We prefer to use natural light whenever possible for the most artistic setting. I am very detail orientated and use the highest quality film, camera equipment, and wedding albums available to provide you with the finest product.

Part of my coverage includes a meeting to plan the photography one month before the wedding. My personal attention is a great way to help you feel more comfortable as the wedding days nears. I feel privileged to be part of such a wonderful and joyous event that allows me to create wonderful images that will be passed down through the generations.
