Liability Waiver
I understand that my child’s participation in the Photography Camp at Marie Papp Photography involves indoor activities that may include physical movement, use of photography equipment, and group collaboration. I hereby waive and release Marie Papp Photography from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of my child’s participation.
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown that may occur as a result of participation.
Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Marie Papp to seek appropriate medical attention for my child. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment provided.
Behavior Policy
I understand that Marie Papp Photography expects respectful and safe behavior. If a child’s behavior is unsafe or consistently disruptive, Marie Papp Photography reserves the right to dismiss them from the program without a refund.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult. Late pick-ups beyond 15 minutes may incur a fee.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to limited enrollment, registration fees are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs and I’m able to fill the spot, a credit toward a future camp session may be offered at Marie’s discretion.
In the event of illness or emergency, please notify me as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, I will do my best to accommodate a transfer to another available camp week if space permits.
Spot is not reserved until payment is received.
