Liability Waiver
I understand that my child’s participation in the Photography Camp at Marie Papp Photography involves indoor activities that may include physical movement, use of photography equipment, and group collaboration. I hereby waive and release Marie Papp Photography from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of my child’s participation.
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown that may occur as a result of participation.
Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Marie Papp to seek appropriate medical attention for my child. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment provided.
Behavior Policy
I understand that Marie Papp Photography expects respectful and safe behavior. If a child’s behavior is unsafe or consistently disruptive, Marie Papp Photography reserves the right to dismiss them from the program without a refund.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult. Late pick-ups beyond 15 minutes may incur a fee.
Camp Fee: $375 per week
Credit Card Payment:
The total is $388 when paying by credit card. This includes a $13 processing fee to cover credit card processing charges.
Pay by Zelle and Save:
If you prefer to avoid the $13 processing fee, please contact me before registering. I will initiate the Zelle payment process by first sending a $1 test request to confirm the payment is received successfully. Once confirmed, I will send a second Zelle request for the remaining $374 balance.
Check or Cash:
Payment by check or cash is also welcome. To reserve your child's space, payment must be received before camp begins. Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to limited enrollment, registration fees are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs and I’m able to fill the spot, a credit toward a future camp session may be offered at Marie’s discretion.
In the event of illness or emergency, please notify me as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, I will do my best to accommodate a transfer to another available camp week if space permits.
Spot is not reserved until payment is received.
