Liability Waiver

I understand that my participation in the Adult Photography Workshop at Marie Papp Photography involves indoor and outdoor activities that may include movement, use of photography equipment, and group interaction. I hereby waive and release Marie Papp Photography from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of my participation.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of my participation in this workshop.

Medical Acknowledgment

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Marie Papp to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment provided.

Conduct Policy

I understand that Marie Papp Photography maintains a professional, respectful, and collaborative learning environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the workshop without a refund.

Attendance Policy

This workshop is designed for adult participants only. Attendees are expected to arrive on time and stay for the full session to ensure the best learning experience for themselves and the group.

Photo Release

Please indicate whether you agree to grant permission for Marie Papp Photography to photograph you during the workshop and use those images for promotional or educational purposes, including social media, print materials, and the studio website.
